Lake Oswego, OR – Pamela Clark of Lake Oswego, OR is one of fifteen transplant survivors in the U.S. chosen to be honored in a newly published calendar entitled “Celebrating Life 2007.” The
calendar, which is produced by Blood & Marrow Transplant Information Network (BMT InfoNet),
pays tribute to transplant survivors and shows how they have taken advantage of their second chance at life.

A photo of Pamela surfing will be the featured photo for the month of June 2007. An essay about Clark accompanies the photo which illustrates her great zest for life.
Clark, who was diagnosed with Hodgkin's disease, underwent a stem cell transplant at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. She believes the fact that she was in physically in shape from all her surfing helped her through the transplant recovery. "I always had a zest for life and new adventures," says Pamela. "I never forget that existence on earth is incredible."
Proceeds from the sale of the Celebrating Life calendar will support the work of BMT InfoNet, a not-for-profit organization that provides information and support services to persons facing a bone
marrow, blood stem cell or cord blood transplant. More than 15,000 families throughout the U.S. annually receive support and guidance from Blood & Marrow Transplant Information Network. The Celebrating Life calendar, priced at $12 each, can be viewed and ordered online at www.bmtinfonet.org or by phoning BMT InfoNet toll free at 888-597-7674.
